We value the privacy of your personal data and take the protection and proper use of your personal
information seriously. We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our
possession.
We will never contact you unless you have contacted us first with a question or order, and we won’t share
or sell your personal information (including mailing and e-mail addresses) outside our company unless it’s
necessary to provide you with our products or services (for example, shipping your products to you or
notifying you of problems/updates with your order), or we are legally required to do so.
We do not collect any personal information other than what is supplied by you during the ordering process.
We promise not to sell, rent, or otherwise disclose this information. Decollete Enhancement considers this
information to be private and, if ever collected, will treat it as such.

OUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of the date you receive your package
for exchange/return procedure instructions. Due to the personal nature of our items, you must ship your
package back to us within 7 days of the date your package was delivered. Returns for credit are issued in the
form of a store credit for the full amount of you product price (shipping is non-refundable), or you can exchange
your purchase for an equivalent item. You may also opt to receive your money back (applied to your PayPal
account if you paid with your credit card or an eCheck), minus a 15% restocking fee.
- You must contact us before sending your exchange back. You'll need an authorization code to complete
your return. Without your authorization code, your return cannot be accepted. You will be instructed to
send your items back to the manufacturer if they were shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- Please make sure you want to keep your breast forms before applying any adhesives, as
forms/enhancers cannot be exchanged once adhesive has been applied. Original tags must still be
attached to the clothing items, and all items must be in their original packaging (we will not accept
returns on used items).
- Non-exchangeable items include skin care and cosmetics, adhesives, and self-adhesive breast forms
once the adhesive has been applied. Due to health code regulations, any lingerie items worn on an
intimate part of the body--such as gaffs, panties, thongs, and padded panties--cannot be returned.
Fitness videos cannot be returned once opened unless the item is defective, in which case they can only
be exchanged for the same workout.
- Pals Breast Enhancers are sealed in individual bags for your sanitary consideration. Please try your
Pals on without opening the bag; that way, if you wish to exchange for another size, the exchange can
be accepted. If you've opened the sealed bag that the Pals come in, we can't take them back (due to
Health Code Regulations).
- We recommend that when sending your item back, you insure your package, or at least add Delivery
Confirmation (for USPS returns). This is recommended for your safety and reassurance.
- The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to
a defective/incorrect item; in that case, we will gladly pay for your shipping costs to both return your
item and receive a new item.
- All items are completely checked for integrity and quality of product. We have less than a 1% exchange
activity on our site.
